Internal Sales Engineer

Position Description:

The Internal Sales Engineer will respond to incoming sales requests, provide quotations and handle telephone enquires. In addition to the client engagements, the role will work closely with the engineering team in the development of technical solutions.

  • Supports the success of the external sales team.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
  • Manage the sales CRM and opportunity pipeline.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central an advantage
  • Respond to telephone and email sales enquiries.
  • Support initiatives that ensure customer satisfaction.
  • CRM and Pipeline management
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Ongoing product and systems training
